Velvet - the season's staple is multi-dimensional. Worn by
Alexa Salamé, Greenwich resident and a senior at Greenwich
Academy. She will be attending Tisch School of the Arts of
New York University in the fall. She has appeared as Maddy
in A California Seagull (which was performed at the Edinburgh
Fringe Festival), Viola in Twelfth Night, and she produced/assistant
directed Les Misérables at Brunswick School last year. Last
summer, she made her professional debut in Shakespeare on the
Sound’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She is currently
working on the role of Bianca for Shakespeare on the Sound’s
upcoming production of Othello.
