6 Classes: Members $200, Non-Members $250 February 23rd, March 1st, 8th, 15th 6:30 pm - 9:30pm & March 24th and 31st 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (Bring your lunch) Separate materials fee of approximately $125 - $150 paid to instructor) This course will be taught by Michael Pollock and follow the general outline of the American Bonsai Society’s Introduction to Bonsai course. Students will explore Bonsai history, style and tools, pruning, wiring and styling of bonsais, container selection, soil, potting and maintenance. At the end of the course, students will have a good working knowledge of the practice of bonsai and will have created 2-3 bonsai trees to keep and develop.
