Celebrity chef and former Greenwich resident Alessandro Stratta who will be honored at the 27th annual Great Chefs culinary event on Friday, March 2,2012 to benefit the wellness programs offered by Community Health at Greenwich Hospital. Guests enjoy an evening of signature dishes and wine from more than 60 of the finest restaurants, catering companies and wine distributors in Fairfield and Westchester counties. The festivities include wine tasting, a silent auction and dancing. Greenwich residents Carolyn Crabtree and Shelly Tretter Lynch are chairing the popular event that draws hundreds of area residents each year. Great Chefs tickets are sold in advance and space is limited to 500 guests.
