Wines for the Evening Kistler Sonoma Chardonnay The vineyard sources for these wines stretch from western Sonoma County, some five miles from the Pacific to Carneros, just north of San Francisco Bay. They are meticulously farmed, in order to produce wines of intense focus, and natural balance. Billecart Salmon Brut Rose 92 points Wine Enthusiast: "A bone-dry but delicious wine, with red fruits and a beautiful onion-skin color that just hints at rosé. Lovely acidity completes the serious and highly enjoyable wine." Bond St. Eden St. Eden appeared first in the 2001 vintage reliably shows great focus. It has an opulent sweet center and notes of creme de cassis, dark chocolate, and roasted herbs. A star is born with this wine.
