The Squire women are true New Canaanites, having lived there since 1983. Daughters, Jennifer Richardson and Allison Wolter were raised in New Canaan and are raising their families there. They are each mothers of four. They can be found at all the New Canaan events from the 4th of July at Waveny Park to cheering their children on in their chosen sports. Their mother, Sue Squire, can be seen taking her grandchildren for walks in town. She and her husband, Dave love the convenience of living in downtown New Canaan.

They love partaking in all this special town has to offer from the movies to al fresco dining at Mead Park to biking, walking and shopping. All the family are sports oriented and like the many options from Pilates to personal trainers to swimming at the YMCA. They also enjoy the train trips to New York or just taking the younger kids on the branch line run to stamford and back. A multi-generational family which is what New Canaan is about.
