The evening of November 12, the Round Hill Community House was awash in a sea of Tiffany blue, fuchsia, and orange as Sonia and Harry Hedvat’s daughters, Brigitte and Adrienne Hedvat, celebrated their much anticipated Bat Mitzvah. A velvet rope and red carpet greeted guests as they arrived to experience this enchanted evening. The event was organized by Sebass Entertainment while Mo Falali provided Moroccan influenced décor that transformed the venue into a majestic, faraway land along with Shindig Lighting. Giant balloons filled with smaller balloons floated from the ceiling, while a CO2 machine and sparklers went off as Brigitte and Adrienne were introduced to the crowd with an entrance mix put together especially for the occasion by Daddy Yankee’s DJ. Once the two sisters cut into their oversized Tiffany box cake, the festivities kicked into high gear and DJ Breezy had everyone moving on the dance floor. Adult guests retreated to a tent with their own dance floor for a sit down dinner complete with entertainment from a Moroccan drummer and belly dancer, while the younger guests kept busy inside with a plethora of food stations (from sushi to a Coney Island hot dog cart). Virgin daiquiris, virgin mojitos, and virgin frozen margaritas flowed for the younger set while the more mature attendees sipped on delicious bellinis passed around on trays all night. A staff of Greenwich High School kids served as “security” to make sure everyone remained on best behavior throughout the fun filled evening, as it was no doubt, a night to remember!
