On September 16, French Farm provided a stunning backdrop for a harvest feast co-hosted by the Greenwich Historical Society and Friends of French Farm. The afternoon’s activities included a buffet catered by celebrity chef and owner of The SoNo Baking Company & Cafe John Barricelli, a display of heirloom tomatoes, and a tour of the historic landscape. The younger set romped, explored the charming outbuildings and antique farm implements, visited the sheep and chickens and enjoyed cider straight from an old-fashioned press. Bluegrass and swing group “Too Blue” provided the perfect musical complement to a picture-perfect day.
