Saks Fifth Avenue hosted Smooch A Pooch to benefit Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities’ (ECAD) on February 23. Guests of all ages had the opportunity to have their photo taken with an adorable Golden Retriever. ECAD is a not-for-profit organization that educates and places Service Dogs with people with disabilities, whether they are Veterans, children with Autism, or people of any age who have degenerative disabilities. The event was part of Saks Fifth Avenue’s Saks Loves Your Cause initiative which took place during the month of February. Saks Fifth Avenue will give 5% of all registered purchases made with a Saks Fifth Avenue credit card during February back to charity. Customers selected between the local chapter of the American Red Cross, the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich and ECAD, Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities.
